Starting

Starting to do a bit more gardening. There were no flower beds. So I am working at it slowly. The driveway turned out to be a propagation bed for Red Hot Pokers. They certainly like it there. As the borders develop, I will move them out and about, but leave enough to act as beacons on the edge of the drive. Deer are a problem of course, I am trying to put in things they don't like.

 This is where the old drive came in. Eventually it will have a concrete bag wall at the base and have a bit of terracing 

 Shed area that had been torn down before we arrived. Vinca everywhere. I am removing it. Lovely concrete floor and walls. I will use this as a spot for special potted things.
